What To Expect

First of all, we are very excited to see and meet you. You will be getting reminders via text, email and/or phone 2 days before, 1 day before, and 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is to ensure that you will come in on time as we will be preparing the treatment room for you. Because every one of our patients is different, there are a few things you can expect during your first meeting with us:

You can expect your treatment to be tailored to your needs. Our Neveskin expert will welcome you and ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire regarding your medical history, past or present injuries, or other physical conditions that we should be aware of prior to your treatment.

The Neveskin™ Facial consists of three distinct steps:

Step 1: Toning

The facial starts with an innovative cooling applicator that leverages cold temperatures to reduce puffiness, tighten pores, and enhance skin elasticity.

Step 2: Lifting

This step uses precision cooling techniques to sculpt and lift the skin, providing a more contoured appearance. Areas of concern, such as the under-eyes or jawline, are targeted for optimal results.

Step 3: Facial Massage

A soothing cold therapy massage follows, promoting enhanced circulation and a youthful glow.

Additionally, the Neveskin™ Facial incorporates essential oils to combat inflammation, hydrate pores, and support overall skin health.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

All treatments will start and end on time. If you arrive any more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment as shortened treatment times will lose effectiveness and all treatment times end specifically at the end of the hour. We understand that changes may be necessary, and emergencies happen, however we seek to run a very efficient schedule for the benefit of all clients. Our appointments are pre-booked for 2-weeks or longer, making reschedules difficult. It is necessary that all clients’ appointments be as consistent and repetitive as possible.

Therefore, if you fail to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for missed or rescheduled appointments, you will "forfeit" that appointment. You may re-purchase an additional appointment that may be added to the end of your package at ½ the individual session price in order to make up the missed appointment. (This may only be done in order to facilitate compensating for any missed appointments without proper notice and may not be used in order to add additional sessions to your package for any reason.)

Who We Are

Patricia Rivas is one of the top estheticians in the state. Patricia is the owner and founder of Alora Spa. She’s been a licensed esthetician for over 20 years and a licensed National Healthcare Associate with certificates for all body treatments since 2006. She also holds a license from the American Academy of Micropigmentation. She continues her education in nursing & science at CCM to bring the best of health and wellness in these times. Patricia’s job is to help people feel better about themselves by improving their appearance. She specializes in body sculpting and facial treatments that clear all skin from any skin disorder.
